What You Should Do When You Hate Your Job



Every one of us engage with different companies with different working environment most are loves what they work and most are not satisfied with their work.

I am here going to tell about my experience why i was hating my job when i was working for a company, I am not going to demotivate anyone who is reading the message. All of us when we are fresher or experienced candidate. When we got any of good company our expectation is very high what i have. As when you selected for any reputed company other of your competitors are not their something called happiness which make you to reach at high level of expectation. 

But the actual things will come know when you started work with company. Before getting job we are only listen about it but know you are going to face those situation. You will get various work culture, different thinking employee, pressure of work and how you are going to handle all these or else it will be a punishment for you.

What i see most of us are trying to manage all the problems they are facing. But when i was working i was unsatisfied with work load which was more than possible and one important things what i don't know all are facing or not that is i was handling my work with some purchase and shafting of product which mostly done by a company purchase department but at that time i am facing the problems.

let’s go through some important things which we give more concern when you hate your work. 

What You Should Do when You Hate Your Job

Keep it with Yourself : When you are thinking that the when you’re working you are not getting satisfied that may cause of boss, co-worker, manager, leader and due to heavy work load or the environment, keep this things with in you if you start sharing with your friends and other co-worker then that any how reach to your boss. He can call you and ask you why you are disliking the job if that person was not good behaviour he can ask you for resignation latter as he knows anyhow at the mid of work you are going to leave the company or for the same you co-worker start demotivate you which will increase your chance to leave the company without getting a new one. I will suggest you don’t tell anyone if your dislikes your job then start a new job search and try to switch as soon as possible. Always be prepare for the next when you not satisfied with your work.

Look at yourself: Some time due to companies or in any organizations internal internal politics some of us are not comfortable with that (me also) for this type of situation look at yourself are they are involving you, which is going to effect on your promotion. If no simple go through your work don’t bother other, if yes do anything direct thing about your company reputation in market, think about your job profile and are you happy with your work or not, by other misguiding never quite your job. 

Handel the situations : Always try to handle all difficult situation as any other things are common all other organisation do your work well and not to engage with any one, if you need help any time make a good quality friend. Facing different type uncomforted situations are a part of job keep in mind. You will not get all things what you want.

Ready to find new job: If you decided you are going to leave the organization anyhow, then don’t worry about it keep your mind calm and start searching a new job it is easy when you get a new job with engage with a old one. If you simple quit your job without a new one then frustration level will increase day by day. So make communicates with the companies’ friends and relatives who can help you to find a new job. It is better to get prepare yourself before you start searching a new job which makes you to easier in your job search. Take time to create a best profile and upload at social media where you get more contact with the recruiter, employers. And prepare for the skill required. Do keep in mind it may take a long time to find a new position, so be prepare for this.

To whom you’re going to share: After searching for a long time when it possible to make you a job decide yourself to whom you’re going to say about this. Always new companies ask reference of your last job, they ask about your previous employers, and what made you leave that one.

As all recruiter want a person to whom they know well during interview, and who can make reputation to his/her business work for company well and can able to face and able to work with the company employee and working culture.

Never make a bed relation with any one in your last job, they may need afterwards. What you think your right just keep in you and do as. Never show as you are not liking your last job.

Give resign with proper reason: As you fulfil on your job search now time to place the letter of resignation to boss. Be write a good reason, if you are with not a suitable reason that might make time to accept, never mention as due some company related issue you’re going to leave this make the reason on you why you’re going to leave. Share the things what you learn new in the company and how the company can achieve a good place with your boss and be prepare for the next job with in the notice period.
