Why I am Not Getting Interview Calls
Many of job seekers submitting job application, resume on different sites, consultancy web pages, company websites and submit direct to email id of Hr but most of not getting interview call for further process. It is one of worst condition now in India. Their are more job less engineer and graduate students are in hope that they will get a call from the companies after submitting job applications.
There are several reason behind this why the company not calling you.
1. Qualification : Your qualification for the particular job on which you are applying for job is not matching with the company requirements.
2. Experience : Now a days many organisation looking a well experienced candidates for the job positions, if we are applied for the job but we have no experience then that one of a main reason of not getting call for interview.
3. Resume : The resume you have submitted for the job application that is not with proper font size, looking complex and having not proper format then that will be easily rejected by the Hr.
4. Job already filled : Some companies are filled their vacancy positions by internal candidates by referral or taking candidates from various consultancy tie up with them. just for formalities they post job opening on their sites.
5. Flood of job application : Due to their less job openings in India. for a single position their are a 1000+ job application submitting. in this condition the Hr manager randomly going through the Job applications any call the candidate for interview.
6. Cover Letter : Most of job seekers are simply submits the Resume with out a good cover letter, by which the job application is rejected by the company. Now a day a good cover letter is must required to be select for interview calls.
7. Not Proper address : Always take care of to whom you are going to submit the job application like "Dear Marketing manager", " Hello Dipali " etc. if you are not giving proper address then you are application will not go to the concerned person.
8. Late : If you application is late submit to the company website or consultancy sites, for the job which is already completed the recruitment process then you are application simply go to trash.
9. Salary Expectation : Some candidates are fix to their salary expectation, for the case if company unable to give you that much amount of package then they will not proceeds on your application.
10. Mistakes : Many candidates submit their job application without overview on their mistake did in their resume. If that is identified by the recruiter the your job application rejected by the company which is also a reason why i am not getting interview calls.
11. Year Gap : Their are some company looking for fresher and continue career of students if they find you are having more year gap they reject the job application.
12. Comparison : With compare to your application for job if other candidates having better experience, qualification then you then they will not consider your application.
13. Referral : Some companies want to hire their internal candidates relatives on which they make a good relation and know about them properly and understand well, for that company are looking for the candidates who are with good references.
14. Place : If you are from a place which is not nearer to the company office then they think if they will call you then you may take time or if you selected, due to some reason if you leave the company then they have to lose more. so before applying job applications go through your present address.
15. Delay : If due to some reason the recruitment process is on hold. then they will not call you further till their problems over. so wait for their updates.
